• Defined treasury product scope with Finance, Treasury, and Trade Operations leadership, translating reporting and audit requirements into a tiered data exploration model.

• Led design for FalconX's first AI product, a research platform for institutional investors, and its redesign as Focal. Asset discovery (Token Explorer) reached ~35% of weekly active users, and Screeners ~40% of daily active users.
